Straw Marquetry Lamps.

A collection of table lamps exploring colour, pattern and form through straw marquetry.

Rooted in a belief that the objects we choose to live with can change how a room looks and feels, each lamp is conceived as both a functional object and a sculptural piece in its own right. Made to be enjoyed as much in daylight as when illuminated, they bring colour, character and beauty into the everyday.

Each piece of straw is individually cut and applied by hand, bringing this traditional decorative craft into a contemporary setting through colour and pattern. The resulting surfaces catch and reflect the light, revealing the natural lustre of the material.
