I value and respect your privacy.
When you place an order through the website you will be asked for some personal information including your name, email, billing and delivery address. This information is stored online on the website hosting platform Squarespace and is shared with payment processing platforms Stripe , PayPal and Square. I do not receive any customers’ banking details only your contact information that is required for delivery. Direct purchases and commissions may be paid for by bank transfer, the same applies here, I will only ask for the information necessary to be able to deliver your artwork.
The only time your information is shared with a third party is for delivery purposes and includes your name, address and email or contact number.
If you opt into the mailing list subscription, your email address and also possibly your first name and surname will be collected. This will never be shared with third parties, and will only be used to send you updates and art news that might be of interest to you. You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you contact me via email, the contact form, in person or on social media your data will be collected and stored appropriately against your enquiry. If you contact me or order directly via email (e.g. a commission enquiry or a purchase directly from social media), I will keep this information to be able to fulfil the services and for accounting records. If you share your email address at the checkout but do not complete the purchase I may use this data to send you a reminder.
In exceptional circumstances I may be required to disclose personal information, such as when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary in the prevention of a threat to life, health, or for law enforcement purposes.

All designs, paintings and artworks remain the Copyright of Eleanor Nadimi and are protected under Copyright Law. I, Eleanor Nadimi, retain the copyright of all artwork sold via this website and any other channel. It is prohibited to copy, sell, modify, distribute, republish, download, display, reproduce or transmit in any form or by any means without my prior written consent anything from this website or any artwork or design that has been created by me. Any unauthorised use of the material of Eleanor Nadimi may infringe copyright laws, trade mark laws and the laws of privacy and publicity which are protected by UK and international law. If you would like to re-produce any design, painting or piece of content, or use an artwork for any commercial purpose it must be agreed prior to use. Specific usage for commissions, brand or commercial projects is to also be agreed in writing at the time of commission.
