Returns 

I hope you love your new painting however if you need to, you are welcome to return it within 14 days unless the piece is bespoke or a commission.

For all non-personalised / bespoke / commissioned paintings:
Refunds or exchanges are only eligible for paintings that have been returned back to me unused and in their original condition. Customers must email hello@eleanornadimi.com with the intent to return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your painting. Paintings must be returned within 14 days of originally receiving the piece. Refunds will be made via the original payment method minus the original shipping costs once the painting has been returned.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and so a trackable service with insurance, using the original packaging is recommended to ensure a safe return. International customers should write 'returned items' on all packages or you may be charged additional UK customs charges.

For all personalised / bespoke / commissioned paintings:
Due to these paintings being made to a specific brief the sale of all personalised, bespoke and commissioned paintings is final and non-refundable. 

In the unlikely event that a painting arrives damaged please email me hello@eleanornadimi.com as soon as you can outlining the issue and including a photo. This must be reported immediately otherwise I cannot follow up on the damage with the courier company and therefore I am unable to issue a refund.
